A living practice for our times
Many of the people I work with are searching for a way of living and working that feels balanced, spacious and sustainable. And they don’t want to do it alone.
My practice offers three distinct yet interconnected pathways: integral, relational, and ecological.
At the heart of this are three simple beliefs. Firstly, that every person carries the innate capacity to live and thrive as individuals, with wisdom and vitality. Secondly, that life is relational, and it is through connection that we come into wholeness. And thirdly, that reawakening our love for the natural world and an awareness of our place in it changes not only how we care for it, but how we live within it.
The Integral pathway works systemically with individuals, or in an organisational or community setting. The emphasis here is on expanding awareness and exploring different yet complementary perspectives towards greater capacity and a new, more supportive way of being. Sessions move beyond well-being, to engage “whole being”, and practices include reflection, mindfulness and somatic work.
This pathway is supported by:
reflective questions, deep listening, somatic practices, additional resources where applicable
The Ecological pathway invites us to remember and reawaken the ecological self – interconnected with all life and sustained as part of a living system. By engaging head, heart and hands (embodied ecology), we find resonance with the natural world, and explore the practice of Living Systems Leadership.
This pathway is supported by: eco-psychology, terra-psychology, deep ecology, animism, additional immersive practices and retreats, where applicable
The Relational pathway supports our social awareness and integration by working not only with what lies within each individual present, but with the interplay and exchange of energy and meaning between individuals, family members, and other beings.
This pathway is supported by: Relational Flow practices, non-violent communication, inter-species communication
