Coaching for individuals
If you’re exploring one-on-one coaching, you may be facing challenges or moving through change, and can’t quite find your way to where you’d like to be. Integral Coaching offers both a map of experience and a way of working together that supports you to live from a place of wholeness, cohesion, and ease.
This work is a process of deep listening, clear reflection and gentle challenge. Our conversations are supported by a range of resources, both internal and external. These are held not as rigid techniques, but as a living framework that responds to your needs, context and inner life.
Our time together starts with a connection call. This gives you a chance to meet me, get a feel for my approach, and ask questions. It also offers me an opportunity to ensure that my approach will be of value to you at this time.
Thereafter, I offer once-off coaching conversations (90 minutes) as well as ongoing sessions (60 minutes each), with time built in for integration and to ensure that you always remain at the centre of your own process.
What to expect from individual coaching
During our time together, we’ll start with what’s alive for you now – a decision, a transition, a longing or simply a sense that something in your life is ready to shift.
From there, we’ll follow a process that supports you to:
clarify what really matters
recognise and understand your patterns
develop greater self-awareness and compassion
strengthen your inner and outer resources
practice new ways of being
reconnect with purpose and possibility
Sessions are held in person (Cape Town) or online.
My local South African session fee is R850, and my international session fee is GBP60/EUR70.
Six session bundles are available for R4,600, GBP325 or EUR380.
The value of integration
If our processes around personal growth and healing are to truly take effect in our lives, they must be grounded not only in our bodies, minds and behaviour, but in our relationships too. For this reason, I offer coaching bundles for six sessions, after which there is a time to actively pause and integrate what has been learned, before engaging with coaching once again if required.
I also offer coaching for couples and families. This process supports you to bring home your insights and personal growth to the relationships that matter most, an offering that is becoming increasingly important in a society focused largely on the individual – and one that lies close to my heart.
A community of practice
I believe in building a community of practice. Regardless of how long we work together, or in what capacity, every client is deeply valued and many return to coaching at different points on their journey and for different reasons, benefitting from a longer-term support structure – as would naturally be found in community. From time to time, depending on the needs of the community, I host circle offerings on a pay-what-you-can basis. Please see below or enquire for details of upcoming circles.
A note on ethical practice
While my coaching approach is compassionate and can be deeply therapeutic, coaching is distinct from psychotherapy and counselling. Where additional support could be beneficial, a wider circle of care may be recommended.
Upcoming circle offering:
For women in transition
A grounded space to come together, honour quiet thresholds and restore balance
This circle is for women moving through unseen or complex life transitions – such as separation, starting again, financial strain, solo parenting or burnout.
Together, we’ll create space to:
name and honour what you’re carrying
understand the impact of systemic stress and imbalance
explore pathways towards rest and relief
reconnect with dignity and inner steadiness
Sessions take place online, with the option to meet in person for groups based in Cape Town.
Offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, in trust and care.
Starts Wednesday, 10 February 2027.
